POSITION OVERVIEW

The Treasury Operations Analyst will support a wide range of Treasury Operations functions for the insurance business. The successful Analyst must manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment for multiple legal entities while supporting initiatives to enhance the existing functions to meet the rapidly changing needs of the business.

• Support bank account management process by working collaboratively with Banks, Global Atlantic’s Investment Operations, KKR, and Third Party Administrators (TPA)
• Assist with the implementation of a bank account ticketing system to help with Management reporting
• Support bank fee budgeting and allocations of expenses across the business
• Assist with monthly reconciliation of actual to expected interest income from cash and cash equivalents
• Participate in company-wide initiatives/projects to improve processes and infrastructure including workflow automation, and variance analysis
• Prepare and present materials to Management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree required with up to two years of work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Kyriba or other Treasury workstation experience a plus
• Tableau or other visualization software experience a plus
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• “Out of the box” thinking and a creative attitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
