DescriptionAs an integral part of our team, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves a variety of clerical tasks and front desk responsibilities, making it crucial for maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor the phone voicemail system and distribute messages accordingly.
  • Greet, screen, and sign in all visitors and guests, providing escort throughout the office as needed.
  • Receive, open, and scan all mail to the appropriate receiver or department.
  • Receive and distribute incoming packages (e.g., FedEx).
  • Prepare express mail and packages for dispatch.
  • Assist in setting up conference rooms for meetings.
  • Support special events in the office.
  • Order food for meetings when necessary.
  • Check equipment in conference rooms.
