DescriptionIn this role, you will lead the management of Electronic Communications data integrations, utilizing your experience to ensure compliance with technology systems related to electronic communications surveillance. As part of a hybrid team operating in either Iselin, NJ or Charlotte, NC, you will guide a cross-functional team in adopting Agile methodologies for project delivery.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong hands-on abilities in gathering and conveying requirements while managing multiple projects concurrently. You will apply thorough knowledge of the Agile methodology to deliver effective solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing Electronic Communications data integrations.
- Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with compliance technology systems.
- Competency in application analysis and resolution of production issues.
- Experience working with offshore teams in a team-based Agile environment using Agile toolsets (e.g., JIRA).
- Proficient in scripting languages and SQL queries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving inclination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.).
- Experience with tools such as Clarity, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Develop a strong understanding of business requirements and complex data patterns to design quality technical solutions and data strategies.
- Solicit business requirements to formulate detailed features and stories for delivery.
- Guide and coach team members on the Agile framework and methodology execution.
- Collaborate with project management and IT teams to provide estimates, develop work plans, and manage dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive and report on project status, identifying and communicating risks, issues, and changes.
- Ensure successful implementation of projects and timely servicing of production applications.
- Manage the implementation of projects through Change Management.
- Align business needs with IT capabilities.
