- Techno-functional expertise with a mix of analyst and investment management experience
- Strong background in agile methodologies, user stories, Scrum, waterfall, and Sprints
- Proficiency in asset management, ERP systems, and agile practices
- Ability to manage multiple work items concurrently with minimal supervision
- Excellent decision-making skills to navigate complex priorities and resolve conflicts
- Value-driven mindset with exceptional communication and influencing abilities
- Ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into actionable requirements
- Skilled problem solver with a focus on clarity in business objectives and priorities
- Strong understanding of business and functional requirements, including elicitation, planning, documentation, analysis, and alignment to standards
- Adaptability and leadership in driving change and fostering effective partnerships
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, business administration, or related field; graduate degree preferred
- 6 years of professional experience with leadership in technology, business analysis, or business
- 3 years of product ownership experience
- Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Collaborate with business partners to define future products and roadmap
- Articulate technology vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Build strong relationships with investment teams, operations, and IT members
- Conduct data-driven analysis to provide decision-making insights
- Integral part of the scrum team, ensuring development processes align with the product roadmap
