Excellent telephone etiquette in French and English

Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word and Excel)
Proficiency in navigating information systems and the internet
Job ResponsibilitiesAnswering incoming calls and processing orders while maintaining support service levels and upholding customer service standards. Resolving customer complaints and troubleshooting issues to find the best solutions. Documenting customer interactions accurately and tracking call types for reference. Following up with customers to address inquiries about order status, shipping updates, and product availability. Handling inbound phone calls for the majority of the assigned shift time. Performing Any Additional Duties As Required.Employment Type: Full-Time
