Must have 1 year(s) of experience in customer service, hospitality, or call center roles
Bilingual proficiency in French and English
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to remain composed in challenging customer situations
Proficient in time management and task prioritization
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Proficiency in navigating information systems and the internet
ResponsibilitiesAnswering incoming calls and processing orders Resolving customer complaints and determining the best path for resolution Accurately documenting customer interactions and tracking call types Maintaining service levels and upholding Customer Service standards Following up with customers to resolve inquiries related to order status, shipping, and stock availability Handling inbound phone calls for the majority of the assigned shift Completing any other duties as assigned by the team Employment Type: Full-Time
