Experienced Construction Supervisor Opportunity in Las Vegas/Nevada Area
Are you an experienced Construction Supervisor with 5 years of experience, looking for a new opportunity in the Las Vegas/Nevada area? We are seeking an individual with specific construction experience in the Cell Tower or Telecom domain to join our team.
Key Requirements

• 5 years of construction experience
• Local to the Las Vegas/Nevada area
• Experience in the Cell Tower or Telecom domain

ResponsibilitiesProject Management:

• Collaborate with Network Development, Program Management, Engineering, and Network Operations teams on construction projects for U.S. Tower Operations
• Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, site designs, material ordering, progress monitoring, site utility coordination, and closeouts

Compliance And Safety

• Ensure all employees and vendors comply with safety and regulatory requirements
• Proactively identify and address potential risk issues in collaboration with management

Client Relations

• Resolve problems and build strong relationships between clients/customers and field teams
• Troubleshoot and mediate client or subcontractor issues at the site level

Stakeholder Management

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders
• Work closely with the Site Development team to ensure project scopes and executions align with the plan

Documentation And Communication

• Maintain project milestones in the database and provide regular updates to Site Development
• Review and approve project expenses, purchase orders, and vendor invoices
• Ensure all closeout documents are complete and properly archived
