**Qualifications**
- BA/BS preferred with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of equivalent experience in Clinical Operations, Project Management, Clinical Outsourcing, and/or CRO industry.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, deliver high-quality work, and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and financial acumen.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive mindset in identifying and implementing operational efficiencies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, Contract Repository Solution, and MS Project.
Contract Management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and execute Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs).
- Assist in entering Contractual Agreements into an electronic document repository.
- Ensure all outsourcing decisions are properly documented, compliant, and audit-ready.
- Manage and escalate operational issues as needed, ensuring timely resolution and escalation to senior leadership if necessary.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among clinical teams, Finance, and Legal departments to drive process improvements.
