- Minimum of 3 years of communications experience
- Highly organized with strong prioritization and multitasking skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in team environments, particularly with cross-functional groups
- Demonstrated advanced communication skills with a track record of driving strategic direction
- Proficiency in creating communication campaigns
- Tech-savvy with expertise in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Familiarity with internal communication, marketing, and collaboration tools like WebEx and Microsoft Teams
- Create and execute comprehensive communications plans, while establishing necessary communication systems and processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design templates and toolkits that enhance content creation efficiency and ensure messaging consistency
- Produce various communication tools, including newsletters, monthly/quarterly/annual reports, and business review presentations
- Partner with stakeholders to develop communication roadmaps aligned with business objectives and key outcomes
- Organize and oversee a range of meetings and events, such as town halls, team engagement activities, and other relevant events
- Introduce creative approaches to engage teams through the implementation of diverse tools and methods
- Act as a liaison, fostering relationships with internal partners and stakeholders to secure support across the portfolio
