Qualifications
Qualifications
- Requires 5 years of relevant experience
- Good standing of at least one US state bar or Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Hybrid onsite/remote position
- Ensure Third Party contracts align with corporate, state, federal, and regulatory requirements, with a focus on Federal consumer financial laws
- Conduct upfront and ongoing due diligence on Third Parties
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key Business partners
- Oversee the complete contract lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, approval processes, execution, and ongoing compliance
- Collaborate with Legal in reviewing Third Party contract templates
- Conduct annual contract reviews and support necessary renewals, amendments, or terminations
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and approvals
- Ensure agreements incorporate appropriate service levels, quality and security standards, performance metrics, and financial terms
- Facilitate the fulfillment of corporate requirements through documentation and reviews
