Qualifications And Requirements
  • Requires 3 years of project management experience handling multiple projects.
  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or relevant field within the CPG industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP systems and workflow is preferred.
  • Supply chain experience is necessary.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous.
  • Must enjoy working with numbers, tracking data, and utilizing spreadsheets.
ResponsibilitiesItem Set-Up Management:
  • Oversee item set up requests and activities from creation to readiness in diverse SAP systems.
  • Ensure the quality, completeness, plausibility, and timeliness of requests align with project plans.
  • Collaborate with global and local cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project completion, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and establish best practices.
Data Maintenance And Support
  • Manage brand portfolio master data for present, future, and transitioning items.
  • Input requests for new item numbers and govern local portfolio knowledge.
  • Actively participate in item set up process activities to uphold data quality and efficiency.
  • Assist marketing managers and directors in various coordination tasks related to New Product Innovation and Go-To-Market strategies.
Support Function
  • Provide support to the marketing team as needed.
Note: This role entails coordinating marketing efforts, managing data related to item setup, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, a relevant degree, experience with SAP systems, and a knack for working with data and numbers effectively.
