Experience And Skills Required
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with complex marketing programs
- Proficiency in developing CRM strategies and tactics, along with working knowledge of leading CRM technologies
- MBA or other advanced education is considered advantageous
- Previous experience in similar marketing roles is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and preferably in database systems like Oracle and SAP
- Strong organizational skills, analytical ability, with keen attention to detail
- Capable of maintaining accuracy, consistency, and quality in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Familiar with maintaining confidentiality and working under FDA GMP regulations
- Manage digital and printed collateral materials throughout the deployment lifecycle
- Oversee printing and shipping logistics, upload assets to various platforms, monitor inventory levels, and retire assets when necessary
- Ensure Customers and Field Representatives have access to appropriate resources
- Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication abilities, both written and oral, across various levels of employees and external contacts
- Ability to collaborate with multiple functional areas such as sales, marketing, finance, information systems, customer care, legal, and managed care
- Knowledge of sales and marketing functions to anticipate needs, make recommendations, and respond to ad-hoc requests promptly
- Ability to work with external customers and third-party data sources
- Skilled in coordinating and synchronizing multiple complex projects, managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree required, business emphasis recommended but not mandatory
