**Seeking Experienced Call Center Dispatcher**
Are you an experienced call center dispatcher looking for a new opportunity? We are currently seeking individuals with a minimum of 6 months of experience in call center or dispatcher roles to join our team.
Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in call center or dispatcher roles
  • Ability to pass a typing test with a minimum speed of 27-30 words per minute
  • Successful completion of a customer service assessment
  • Clear criminal background check and drug test
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and accurately to incoming calls received by the call center
  • Document all interactions with consumers with precision and attention to detail
  • Efficiently redirect calls to Call Center Leadership or other relevant agencies following established procedures
  • Provide comprehensive, objective, and accurate information based on a thorough understanding of program requirements
