DescriptionIn this temporary position, you will play a key role in enhancing customer experience and supporting branch operations. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting clients, processing loan applications, and providing administrative support.

- 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in loan processing
- Strong customer service skills
- Sales experience
- Customer Experience:
- Greet and assist individuals entering the office and those calling by phone.
- Receive and process credit and employment verifications, recording information obtained.
- Process payments, distributions, and insurance products at the direction of a licensed agent.
- Handle account activities related to collection accounts, including phone calls and face-to-face communications with customers.
- Branch Support:
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and transaction documentation.
- Record and file documentation, operate cash drawer, process bank deposits, and maintain records and balances.
- Business Development:
- Actively market and sell all branch products and services to individuals and merchants.
- Conduct merchant and bank visits as required.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
