French CustomerService Rep duties :
Answers incoming calls andprocesses orders.
Resolves customer complaintstroubleshoots issues to determine best path forresolution.
Correctly documents customerinteractions and tracks call types.
Maintainssupport service levels and upholds Customer Servicestandards.
Owns follow up with customers toresolve inquiries regarding order status shipping status and stockavailability.
Takes inbound phone calls forupto 90% of assigned shift.
Performs all otherduties as assigned.
