DescriptionJoin our Customer Care Call Center, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients. This position requires a minimum of one year of telephone customer service or related experience. You will be part of a dedicated team, working five days a week, Monday through Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:55 AM and 5:00 PM. Overtime may be required. Requirements
High School diploma or GED
A minimum of 1 year in telephone customer service or related experience
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software
Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio
Responsibilities
Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures
Answer questions regarding child support payments posting, payments disbursement, and account histories
Define or resolve inquiries received either through written or telephone correspondence
Gather information, research/resolve inquiries, and log customer calls
Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
Inform customers about available services and assess customer needs
