DescriptionJoin our Customer Care Call Center, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients. This position requires a minimum of one year of telephone customer service or related experience. You will be part of a dedicated team, working five days a week, Monday through Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:55 AM and 5:00 PM. Overtime may be required.

- High School diploma or GED
- A minimum of 1 year in telephone customer service or related experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software
- Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio
- Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures
- Answer questions regarding child support payments posting, payments disbursement, and account histories
- Define or resolve inquiries received either through written or telephone correspondence
- Gather information, research/resolve inquiries, and log customer calls
- Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
- Inform customers about available services and assess customer needs
- Maintain updated records and logs
