Minimum of 6 months of call center experience.
Strong computer and phone skills, with the ability to use web-based applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
Capability to manage telephone and chat interactions confidently while addressing customer issues.
Professional and friendly attitude with a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to accept constructive criticism and demonstrate good listening skills.
Proficient in understanding and accurately communicating customer needs, showcasing critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
Must be 18 years or older.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SAP.
