- Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio
- Requires sitting for long periods of time
- Involves considerable handling of paperwork, telephones, and keyboarding
- Requires repetitive motions with fingers
- Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures
- Answer questions related to child support payments posting, payments disbursement, and account histories
- Define or resolve inquiries received through written or telephone correspondence
- Gather information, research and resolve inquiries, and log customer calls
- Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
- Inform customers about services available and assess their needs
- Maintain updated records and logs
- Perform any other duties as assigned
