- Configuring, delivering, and installing PCs, peripherals, and standard corporate software.
- Supervising the creation and upkeep of corporate computer images for laptops and desktops.
- Managing the return of leased computer equipment and preparing outdated equipment for donation or disposal.
- Providing input for managerial decisions regarding the selection of desktops, laptops, and computer peripherals.
- Maintaining an inventory of computers and components.
- Acting as a backup to PC support specialists and offering end-user support under their guidance.
- Contributing as a subject matter expert to the development, implementation, and upkeep of PC-related policies, procedures, and standards.
- Documenting technical issues and their resolutions in accordance with corporate guidelines.
