Requirements
Collaboration with the Manager to obtain any missing or corrected documentation.
Assisting clients in completing paperwork and the fingerprinting process.
Processing documentation to facilitate vendor and employee payment setups.
Systematic problem-solving using sound business judgment.
Monitoring and addressing delegated customer service issues promptly and accurately.
Meeting productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards consistently.
Adapting procedures, processes, and techniques to fulfill more complex position requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience

- Experience with Health Insurance-Medicaid Population, State Programs (Mi Via, Supports Waivers, Self-Directed Care Benefits) is a plus
