- Knowledge and enthusiasm for event planning
- Established industry relationships and experience in event planning
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, SAP, and Excel
- Lead all event projects
- Manage budgets, food and beverage arrangements, audio-visual equipment, rooming lists, signage/displays, transportation, speaker contracts, promotional products, etc. for in-person events
- Oversee registration sites, communications, client meetings, mobile apps, and feedback surveys
- Provide on-site support independently or as part of a team as required
