Experience And Requirements
- Requires 0-1 year of experience or an AAS degree
- 3-5 years of laboratory experience preferred
- Experience in SAP and document management systems considered advantageous
- Proficiency in working 40 hours per week on a rotational shift schedule, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on business requirements
- Familiarity with cGMPs, documentation in regulated industries, and laboratory documentation protocols is a plus
- The role involves working 40 hours per week on a rotational shift schedule
- Current rotational schedule includes A shifts (7:00 am - 3:10 pm), B shifts (3:00 pm - 11:10 pm), and C shifts (11:00 pm - 7:10 am)
- Schedules are subject to change based on business needs
- Maintain and prepare instrumentation, assay setups, execute tasks, manage reagents, and monitor supply inventory
- Review data for accuracy and completeness, entering it into the SAP data system
- Demonstrate proficiency in statistical quality control and utilize control charts effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work execution are crucial
