- 5-10 years of experience in Business Analysis, particularly within the IT sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in documentation processes, including the creation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Familiarity with financial planning and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Previous exposure to environmental sustainability processes and technologies.
- Involvement with Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises (SAFe), particularly in events like Program Increment (PI) planning.
- Strong understanding and practical application of business analysis best practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the IT Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team member within matrix project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging conversations between technical engineers and business users.
- Analyze complex, cross-functional business processes to define both business and functional requirements, represented as Features and User Stories.
- Produce product team deliverables such as business process maps, data flow diagrams, user journey maps, and use case scenarios employing industry-standard techniques.
- Facilitate and partake in team backlog refinement sessions, ensuring thorough documentation of user stories along with estimation and testing considerations.
- Collaborate with team members to develop test cases.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business stakeholders and the Scrum team, providing expertise on functional requirements.
- Effectively communicate with senior business stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements, articulate business impacts, and assess alternative solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across both Business and IT teams.
