- Excellent communication skills to articulate data insights and campaign performances
- Proven track record in analyzing campaigns to evaluate effectiveness
- Ability to identify and address brand issues using database analyses for insights
- Utilize advanced analytics to enhance understanding of consumer behavior
- Oversee consumer metrics and key performance indicators for campaigns
- Address changes and issues on OD and retail Microsite pages
- Generate reports for retail microsite and Google reviews
- Submit JIRA tickets and ensure resolution of issues
- Manage quarterly updates to website content, including offers, expiration dates, and products
- Add new locations to sprinklr for online presence
- Collaborate with IT for content updates and uploads on the website brand
