Experience Required And Shift Details
- The 2nd Shift Manufacturing Operator role requires candidates with experience in the medical industry. The shift timing is from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM. Training will be provided on the first shift for 1-2 weeks before transitioning to the second shift.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using a computer.
- Willingness to work overtime to meet production schedules.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Capability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Commitment to compliance with safety protocols, cGMP, ISO14001, and ISO9001 standards.
- Ability to work under direct supervision and follow company procedures and specifications.
- Adherence to wearing Personal Protective Equipment. Desired competency in being mechanically-inclined.
- Monitor line performance and make adjustments as necessary.
- Interpret instructions and specifications to set up equipment accurately.
- Clean and maintain equipment as required.
- Notify supervisor of any maintenance or repairs needed on equipment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records/documentation related to quality and work in progress.
- Troubleshoot and address simple manufacturing problems promptly.
- Stay updated on all quality and safety requirements.
- Adhere to cGMP's, OSHA regulations, and company policies and protocols.
