Job ResponsibilitiesResponding to member inquiries in a call center setting using established scripts and procedures. Gathering information, assessing caller needs, researching and resolving inquiries, and documenting calls. Providing clear and concise information on member eligibility, provider changes, and benefits. Adhering to documented policies and procedures, including call handling and escalations. Acting as an advocate for Medicaid members to ensure their needs are addressed satisfactorily.
