- Familiarity with cGMP environments
- Background in device manufacturing or packaging settings
- Strong technical writing and editing abilities
- Previous leadership experience showcasing organizational and motivational skills
- Ensure proper staffing and training for operators in the packaging department
- Monitor team adherence to policies and procedures
- Engage with Area Management to address quality, equipment, and operational concerns
- Fulfill roles as both an administrator and technical leader, demonstrating knowledge and compliance
- Step in for operators when needed due to staffing requirements
- Represent shift operations during huddles and relay updates to the team
- Supervise temporary employees from various contracting agencies
- Manage and resolve escalations within the team
