Experienced Remote Procurement Supplier Analyst Opportunity
Are you an experienced professional in procurement and supplier management? We are seeking a Remote Procurement Supplier Analyst with 2 years of relevant experience to join our team. This remote position is based in Chicago, IL, and offers the opportunity to utilize your skills in supply chain and compliance.
Key Requirements

• Work remotely from Chicago, IL
• Must have excellent customer service and relationship building skills
• Familiarity with compliance to Federal and State policies and regulations is required
• Proficiency in supply chain and procurement processes

ResponsibilitiesSupplier Compliance Management:

• Conduct due diligence on records for new and existing suppliers to ensure compliance with federal regulations and policies
• Ensure completion of government compliance forms such as W9 and W8 forms for accurate reporting
• Serve as a liaison between campus stakeholders, central offices, and suppliers to maintain and update records

Supplier Relationship Management

• Respond to supplier inquiries related to supplier records
• Manage relationships with suppliers as necessary
• Verify vendor change requests and update systems accordingly
• Conduct periodic audits of the vendor database

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other tasks as assigned to support the procurement function
