Senior BI Administrator Position Available for Experienced Professionals
Requirements
Employment Type: Full-Time
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a strong background in BI Administration, with at least 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in OAS/OBIEE high availability configuration.
- Demonstrated installation, configuration, and administration experience with various BI tools.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Middleware Administrator.
- Proven hands-on implementation experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and multiple authentication providers.
- Functional knowledge of Unix/Linux/Windows operating systems.
- Experience with Oracle Golden Gate and APEX.
- Proficiency in OAS/Golden Gate/ODI disaster recovery protocols.
- Knowledge and experience with data centers and storage systems.
- Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
- Background in architecting integrations between different BI solutions.
- Experience in OAS performance tuning on an Oracle Exadata platform is highly advantageous.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud technologies and cloud implementation is a plus.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to all stakeholders.
- Support current BI/Analytics processes including OAS, Essbase, BI Publisher, ODI, Golden Gate, and APEX, as well as enterprise data warehouse and reporting solutions.
- Assist in redesigning processes to enhance performance and usability of the data warehouse and reporting solutions.
- Set up and integrate OAS/Essbase/BI Publisher/ODI with other system components such as Oracle EBS and Salesforce.
- Collaborate closely with the BI development team to define requirements and devise solutions for complex issues.
- Manage the migration of code to higher environments using Change Requests.
- Work in conjunction with DBAs, Golden Gate specialists, and other application administrators to enhance system performance and address data latency challenges.
- Engage with developers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Testers in Agile sessions.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks to achieve program goals and deliverable objectives.
- Perform other assigned tasks and activities as directed by the Infrastructure Manager.
