## Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 7 years in designing consumer-facing digital experiences, preferably within agency, startup, or early-stage product environments.

  • **Multi-platform Expertise**: Experience designing engaging experiences across various platforms, including iOS, Android, and mobile web.
  • **Leadership Skills**: Demonstrated experience in mentoring and guiding fellow designers while leading by example.
  • **User Experience**: Strong understanding of UX principles, including information hierarchy and customer journey mapping.
  • **Visual Design Acumen**: Exceptional visual design skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • **Iterative Design**: Ability to quickly iterate and produce various design concepts and solutions.
  • **Communication Abilities**: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the rationale behind design decisions effectively.
  • **Tools Proficiency**: Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Zeplin, and Jira.
