DescriptionIn this role, you will be integral in deploying and managing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) within a large enterprise environment. You will leverage your understanding of MS Teams, Office 365, and audiovisual conferencing technologies to deliver exceptional solutions.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6 years of solution engineering experience.
- Proven expertise in deploying and managing Microsoft Teams Rooms.
- Strong knowledge of Android, Windows, Intune, and MDM (mobile device management).
- Agile methodology experience.
- Audio Visual experience.
- Certification in Microsoft Teams or related areas is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate).
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting, endpoint management, and IT security.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Project management experience with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of MTR configurations, settings, and user guides.
- Generate regular reports on system performance, utilization, and user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Lead and participate in MTR deployment projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
- Deploy MS Teams globally, refreshing meeting room technology and replacing it with Teams.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors as necessary.
- Serve as the point of contact for the team during the design phase of the meeting room projects.
- Work with audio visual suppliers to provide equipment for the meeting rooms.
