Experience And Skills Required

- Proficiency in service management software and financial accounting systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following directions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Collaborate effectively with Service Managers and Customer Service Representatives to ensure the success of service business operations.
- Assist in accounts receivable tasks such as collections and setting up accounts for new customers.
- Provide support for handling customer calls when needed.
- Offer administrative support for daily service operations.
- Assist in maintaining inventory control processes, including updating equipment records.
- Perform additional service administration duties as delegated.
