- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the administration of vision care plans.
- High-level of attention to detail.
- Ability to serve in a customer-facing role.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel to various school locations.
- Handle walk-in traffic with benefit questions.
- Respond to benefit phone calls from employees regarding the vision plan.
- Travel to schools throughout the district to educate employees on benefits programs and wellness initiatives.
- Attend Health Fairs and Open Enrollment Events.
- Work on eligibility exception reports.
- Manage reconciliation reports.
- Handle paperwork for COBRA applicants.
- Perform other duties as requested.
