Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Global Coin, you will be responsible for contacting our existing client base, fielding inbound calls and inquiries about our products, and prospecting for new customers. You will have the freedom to develop your sales strategies while working towards achieving agreed-upon sales targets. Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Reach agreed-upon sales targets within specified deadlines.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of the latest developments.
  • Create and deliver engaging sales presentations and materials to effectively communicate the value of our products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales efforts and meet company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
