Global Connections to Employment is Hiring a Training Specialist Near Colorado, CO

Overview

The Call Center Training Specialist will exercise discretion and independent judgment while providing training and related support to contract site. This position will oversee the new hire and continuous talent development functions supporting Patient Access Services. This position will build and maintain effective relationships with contract site management and work as applicable with the GCE corporate office to provide guidance and support to managers concerning talent development initiatives.

Role Requirements

Experience Requirement:

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Education:
o Must have a Bachelor's degree in education or a related field. May substitute equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience:
o Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in training (classroom and/or webinar).
o Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in training development.
  • Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Must have experience working with MHS Genesis.
  • Must have working knowledge of Patient Access Services protocols and TRICARE.
  • Must be able to use independent judgment and discretion in performing Talent Development Specialist job duties.
  • Must be capable of dealing with all levels of management, customers, and external vendors.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, with specific strength in addressing group audiences.
  • Must have strong organization and time management, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Compensation:

Compensation for this position will be $23.2673-$26.8308 per hour. Benefits will be a health & welfare benefit rate of $4.57 per hour.

While performing this job's duties, the team member is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Vision requirements include close and classroom vision. Occasional travel required.
