Data Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Data Analytics to join a dedicated team with a financial services organization.

This position is hybrid in Buckhead, GA (2 days/week)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data analytics strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and improve decision-making processes
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business objectives and develop analytical solutions.
• Create data visualizations and reports using tools such as Analytics and Visio to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics to continuously enhance the organization's analytical capabilities.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI and SQL
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.

Required:

• Top 3 skills required: Data analysis training & bank background, experience in using data management software & techniques, ability to turn data into actionable processes for bankers.
• BA Degree
• 6-8 years of experience in Analytical role
• 3 years of experience leading a team
