Global Gastroenterology Group is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist (Mandarin Speaker) Near Monterey, CA

Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Provide information to callers and schedule appointments as necessary - Manage the front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized - Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries - Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing documents - Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service Requirements: - Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment - Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Experience as a dental receptionist or in project coordination is a plus This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and managing various administrative tasks.
