We are looking for a caring, responsible nurse to provide direct wound assessments and daily care to our residents, create treatment plans to prevent wound care issues.

This position requires the ability to perform wound assessments, reassessments and management of care. Administer medications as ordered, verify adequate supplies are available and deliver and maintain optimum care and comfort to our residents following nursing best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the State of Oklahoma
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Organization and communication skills.
• Must comply with Residents Rights and ability to follow facility policies and procedures.
