Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the safe and efficient receiving, delivery, loading and unloading of raw materials, component parts, antennas and other items moved inside and outside the facility.
- Receive incoming shipments and check against packing List provided by the vendor.
- Count items to ensure that the order is correct and quantities match.
- Put away product or incoming shipments to appropriate locations within the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts to pick heavy boxes and transport them to appropriate locations.
- Loading and unloading trucks according to loading and unloading procedure and determining safe ways of stacking items on the truck and retrieving items in a safe manner.
- Record damaged or defective items and report them according to company policies.
- Ascertain that all materials are properly labeled.
- Attach identifying information and delivery instructions on containers.
- Safely and efficiently load material/parts/components.
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
- Remove waste from area as needed.
- Ensures that all company policies are followed and work area is clean.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow written instruction.
