Job Description:
General administrative responsibilities include: managing a complex calendar, scheduling and organizing meetings, composing correspondence, transcribing minutes, and preparing presentations, arranging travel plans & reimbursements, ordering business cards, catering, support service tickets, directory changes, Recharge Order Request, check requests, serving as Payroll and Human Resources representative and parking services for the Operations team, and assisting with miscellaneous other tasks for Administration/Operations. Provide back-up support to other office assistants as needed. Prepare, obtain approval, process and track invoices for Senior Directors and the Operations team. Input purchase orders into the EMPAC and/or BruinBuy accounts payable / purchasing / receiving system. Provide any necessary support for asset management through the Asset Management System. Assisting with miscellaneous projects as needed by the Senior Directors and Operations team.
