Global Open Wound Care strives to provide patients in southwest Missouri (Springfield and Joplin) and surrounding communities the best medical advanced wound care available in their own residence. Our procedure is noninvasive yet highly effective at not only treating, but healing chronic open wounds in hopes of preserving the limb and improving the patient’s quality of life by utilizing advanced wound graft technology.

Nurse Practitioner

Job Responsibilities:

- Travel to patients' residences throughout Springfield/Joplin and surrounding communities

- Provide on-site care to the patient based on their Plan of Care including wound graft, wound dressing, debridement, cauterization, and culture swabs

- Must be able to identify changes in the patient condition and evaluate their care needs

- Strong patient assessment and documentation skills are REQUIRED

- Must be able to evaluate and participate in the development of the Patient Plan of Care and write orders for home health nurses

- Monitor the patient’s overall condition and provide care as necessary while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures

- Must have a dependable vehicle and a valid driver's license with a clean driving history

- Positions will be part-time/PRN to start and will transition to full-time.

- Home Health experience a plus

- Wound Care Certification a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
