About the Global Organic

Global Organic is a vertically integrated cannabis company based in Minneapolis, MN. We manufacture three beloved house brands in the wellness, beauty, and beverage spaces: BLNCD Naturals, Foundry Nation, and Element Elixirs.

Role Responsibilities

• Stand and sit for long periods while focusing on repetitive, detail-oriented tasks such as filling, labeling, and trimming.
• Monitor product quality and effectively report problems
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Operate with integrity and honesty
• Work independently and as a team
• Perform any other duties as assigned
• Follow good manufacturing practices and work-safe practices.
• Assure daily compliance with company policies, including but not limited to state/local
• regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules
• Report to the Warehouse Management Team

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21 years of age
• Candidate must be a self-starter, able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment while
• Staying organized
• Desire to continuously learn, grow, and improve workflow
• Good time management skills
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
• Ability to stand on feet or sit for extended periods
• Repetitive use of hands, wrists, and forearms
• Ability to focus on a task for extended periods
• Knowledgeable of basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale
• Ability to lift, push and slide packages typically weigh up to 50lbs and may weigh up to 70lbs.

Preferred Requirements

• Associates Degree
• Laboratory Experience
• Strong Mathematical Background

Salary: $17 per Hour

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
