This includes consolidation reporting, financial analysis, data analytics, modeling, financial systems expertise, ad hoc analysis, and business case support. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Finance, this role will demonstrate a collaborative working style and possess a focus on partnering with the finance and business leaders to enhance business decisions and drive profitable organic growth. Responsibilities:  Provide timely and accurate financial information to effect management decisions in a fast-paced, highly complex business environment.  Produce and consolidate detailed weekly/monthly reporting by utilizing financial systems, database systems, and financial models to support portfolio performance.  Develop, enhance and maintain models and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy across the portfolio with revenue and sales metrics reporting  Serve as subject matter expert and backup for the finance team regarding Hyperion as the source system for financial data  Support controllership objectives by ensuring compliance adherence and strong internal controls.  Drive decisions throughout the team by working effectively with business leaders.  Ad-hoc special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines required.  Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance Analyst role required.  Experience delivering business unit financial support required.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of people with varying degrees of financial exposure.  Advanced knowledge of Financial ERP systems and tools required.  Expert knowledge in Excel with proficiency in Access, PowerPoint, and Word required.  Experience with public high growth and/ or technology companies. Experience in the payment or Fintech industry is preferred.  Experience analyzing highly complex business models preferred.  Strong interpersonal, presentation and technical skills preferred.  Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines.
