Job Description :
Primarily responsible for running the automated equipment that assembles printed circuit boards, including loading programs, loading solder stencils, loading components, and ensuring the machines are properly maintained.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Pull components needed based on information provided in the BOM.
- Identify and confirm component information.
- Load and replenish components into the machines as needed.
- Identify any defects during the assembly process and take steps to mitigate them.
- Interface with technicians / engineers to reduce defects and optimize runtime.
- Any other work as assigned.
Education :
High school or equivalent
Experience
- years of related machine experience preferred
- PCB assembly and soldering experience is a plus
