Global Pharma Tek is Hiring a Receptionist Near Miami, FL
Duties will include managing incoming and outgoing deliveries.
He or she will maintain supplies for the office.
This position will support events for the office and facilitate accompanying meals four such events.
There will be other team support duties as needed.
DutiesDirecting internal and external visitors to appropriate personnel.
Assist with miscellaneous clerical duties that would require excellent PC skills & communication skills.
Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Maintain supplies for the office.
Support events for the office and facilitate accompanying meals four such events.
Support team as needed
QualificationMinimum 1 year receptionist or administrative assistant experience.
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
Excellent communication skills, including a strong command of the English language with Spanish as a second language preferred
Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows*based applications, word processing and spreadsheets.
