Global Power Components is Hiring a 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift Security Specialist Near Milwaukee, WI
Security Specialists maintain a secure environment for all Global Power Components employees, temporary employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site- specific policies and procedures.Core Responsibilities:
- Complete case reports on property loss, property damage, personnel incidents, vehicle accidents, etc.
- Complete daily logs and reports.
- Conduct CCTV Surveillance of all GPC campus locations.
- Patrol property on foot and/or vehicle, securing personnel, assets, building, gates, and perimeter in all weather conditions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct leader.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Prior security experience preferred.
- General knowledge of the usual duty requirements of a security officer with an emphasis on confidentiality, critical thinking skills, and de-escalation tactics.
- Basic computer experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to sit, stand, or be mobile for extended periods of time.
- Effectively move items up to fifty pounds.
