Are you a seasoned maintenance professional with a knack for managing and optimizing the upkeep of power plant equipment? We're looking for an experienced Solid-Fuel Power Plant Maintenance Manager to join the team and oversee maintenance operations at a solid-fuel power plant in Northern California.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians
• Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize production interruptions
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and inspection of solid-fuel power plant equipment
• Reduce downtime and minimize costs
• Manage the CMMS work order system
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials
• Reorder and restock supplies as needed to prevent shortages and delays
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
• Generate reports on maintenance performance and equipment reliability
• Assist in the development of the maintenance budget
• Manage expenses within budgetary constraints

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (technical education or certification or military experience is a plus)
• Power plant supervisory experience
• Solid-fuel power plant experience is required
• CMMS experience
