Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, Forecasting, Variance analysis, and strategic planning.

TOP 3 Key Skills are:

• Strong and Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent power point skills and ability to present complex business cases in a simplified way.
• Data and financial management. Preference will be given to past experience with financial systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Experience required:

• 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Financial Reporting (detail and leadership overviews) – Excel and powerpoint skills to provide monthly reporting
• Variance analysis (forecasts vs actuals) – Able to articulate the drivers behind the variances between actuals vs budget and Forecast
• Forecasting – Ability to input a monthly forecast for expense related transactions
• Ad Hoc financial analysis
• Strong Microsoft Power BI and advanced excel capabilities

Minimum QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, PowerPoint and expert level Excel skills
• 5 to 8 years of related work experience

Desired Skill:

• MBA or graduate degree
• Experience with project management tools like Gantt chart, JIRA to create and manage project plans
• Experience with Power BI a plus
