Technical Requirements:

• Perform administrative duties for executive management, by managing calendaring, scheduling, and requests from other staff as needed. 

• Perform additional administrative type functions to decrease burden on executive time commitments.

• Assist with the handling of confidential and time sensitive material, which may include Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Human Resource (HR) actions, and budgetary details pertaining to the operation of the division.

• Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports.

Qualifications:

• College degree and four (4) years of related work experience OR a high school diploma or GED and eight (8) years of related work experience.
• Ability to perform administrative duties for executive management.
• Possess advanced computer and internet research skills. 
• Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. 
• Prepares routine and advanced correspondence. 
• Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff.
