Job Description:
The HRIS Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, operation, and ongoing administration of our SuccessFactors Talent Management System.
This role participates in research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
The Analyst ensures that HR systems and related procedures adhere to organizational processes, policies, and guidelines.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to implementing and maintaining systems enhancements and integrations of HR-related systems.
The HRIS Analyst provides testing, report creation, and analysis, issue resolution, as well as guidance and instruction to the organization partners as it relates to specific HR system knowledge in support of Human Resource functions.
Responsibilities:
Understand the HR business processes supported by the HR systems.
Provides production support including, but not limited to, researching and resolving system issues, unexpected results, or process flaws and providing guidance on process
Performs system support and analysis, including functionality and design review and end-to-end user testing. Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate the implementation of upgrades or fixes.
Performs rudimentary system configurations to support cyclical process activities and implementation of HR system upgrades or updates as needed
Liaises HR and IT as well as 3rd party vendors; identifies and understands business processes and translates them into system functionality requirements.
Provides guidance and information to business partners on system capabilities.
Ensures system integration functionality, including review of integration specifications and development suggestions, troubleshooting integration issues, and executing system audits for validation and compliance.
Requirements:
2-4 years in an HRIS role with in-depth experience in maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting various HR systems
Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment with changing priorities
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Possess and maintain a positive and inquisitive attitude with excellent follow-through on issues
Demonstrates ability to build relationships, resolve problems, remove barriers, work independently & communicate effectively
